Duties and Responsibilities
CBI Home Health is an accredited, innovative community health care company providing services throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas for over 30 years.? We are currently recruiting for Personal Support Workers in the?Stoney Creek and surrounding areas.
Assist client with all aspects personal care and activities of daily living
Assist client with mobility and/or positioning
Laundry, light meal preparation, light housekeeping as assigned
Educational Requirements
PSW Certificate from recognized educational facility
NACC Certificate required
Additional Requirements
Experience with clients with mobility challenges, dementia an asset
Must be available to work between hours of 7am and 1pm
Weekend availability an asset
Must speak Italian to support Italian-speaking clients
Must have 2 step Mantoux test (TB) within last 12 months, criminal and vulnerable police clearance within last 12 months, current First Aid/CPR
